This man poses as an orthopedic surgeon. He is not. There is nothing revolutionary about treating orthopedic problems with custom orthotics. Podiatrists (which is what he is, not a physician) have been treating knee and hip problems with custom orthotics for a very long time. Lou Pack charges $1,000 for custom orthotics, which is $750 more than the most expensive orthotics I have ever had to pay for. My problems with my knees and feet got WORSE wearing the custom orthotics from him. Problems that had gone away years ago resurfaced after wearing his orthotics, causing much pain. Don't get ripped off. You can easily get custom orthotics for about $200. There is so much more to arthritis than orthotics. I am sure that there are some instances where correcting the alignment of the feet fixes the problem. But arthritis can be caused by inflammation in the body, food allergy, Lyme disease, or genetics.
A great book on how to improve your life with no surgery or medication.
It is well written and easy to understand for readers with no medical background.
